Miller Productions, LLC - Dance Recitals

MILLER PRODUCTIONS. LLC specialize in videotaping Dance Recitals. We have done many of the local dance recitals and have demo's to show anyone interested in viewing them.

Our approach to taping these types of events is to use three 3-chip mini DV digital cameras and live mix them on site. One camera concentrates on Close up shots while the second camera concentrates on Maintaining everyone on stage on camera with as close a shot as possible. The third camera will be set to a full stage shot and used as a backup. Our experienced production manager will operate the mixing board and select the best shots. You will have the option to not use close ups if overall choreography is more important to you. Just identify which dances that we are not to use close ups. MILLER PRODUCTIONS, LLC believes that this approach provides the highest quality at minimal cost.

In addition to recording the live mix output, each camera will have there own tapes so that if a problem occurs with the live mix it can be fixed via post editing in our studio.

Wireless microphones will be setup directly in front of the stage in order to pick up the taps clearly. This sound will be mixed with a camera microphone in order to provide good audio balance. Final audio balance can be adjusted in our studio if necessary.

Any awards that occur at the end of the show will be recorded and included in the finished product if the total available DVD time is not exceeded.

Shipping & Handling may be eliminated if the Dance Studio is willing to pickup and distribute the DVD's.

MILLER PRODUCTIONS, LLC will set up a table on the day of the event to collect pre-order forms and sell directly to the attending public. There will be previous dance recitals showing in order for the public to see the quality of our work.

Customers will receive there order between 6 to 12 weeks after the event has been videotaped. Unfortunately all these events happen around the same time of the year and it takes a while to get caught up.
