Professional Videotaping of
Commencement Ceremonies
Miller
Productions, LLC has been Videotaping High School and
College Commencement Ceremonies since 1999.
|
Our approach to taping these types of events is to use 2 three chip mini DV digital cameras. One camera is used as a cut away camera while the other is used for close-ups (main speaker, graduates getting diplomas, etc.). We do try to get Frontal views of the students processing in and recessing out. Wireless microphone is used for speakers at the podium and a zoom microphone is used for natural sound. With this approach high quality is achieved at minimal cost. |

Establishing shots are taken
before the ceremony and they are
used to create a montage that is placed at the
beginning of Video.

Editing of the event on our Non Linear editor and adding of titles. |
| DVD's of event available to anyone wishing to purchase a copy. |
| 1 complimentary copy for the school. |
The customer will have the option to select either a DVD or VHS format, DVD of course, will be the best quality but we will provide VHS tapes for those who want them.

MILLER PRODUCTIONS. LLC will set up a table on the day of the event to collect pre-order forms and sell directly to the attending public.
Customers
will receive there order between 6 to 12 weeks after the event has
been videotaped. Unfortunately all these
events happen around the same time
of
the year and it takes a while to get caught up.
