Pre- Construction Video Survey
 

Legal Eagle Litigation Videography can document the condition of the property before the work has begun.  It will show existing damage to curbs, streets, sidewalks, driveways, trees and poles.

We will act as a disinterested third party.  The videotape will have running commentary narrated by the videographer.  He or she will state the location and the direction the camera is facing, the size of a particular hole or crack and other anomalies such as bent utility pole or dented fence.

Video Surveys are cheap insurance for construction companies. 
It can save them thousands of dollars in lawsuits.
