Video Depositions

         Video Recorded depositions eliminate the high cost of bringing witnesses to the witness stand.  It also provides the opportunity for examination with an unrestricted time limit (in most states).  In addition it avoids the formality of the courtroom while providing an atmosphere where the witness is more likely to expand their answers to provide deposing attorneys the answers they are looking for.

         Legal Eagle Litigation Videography aims to provide video depositions that will stand in any court of law.  We follow the the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence and Maryland Rules of Civil Procedure.

        For Videotaping depositions, we offer a wide array of professional grade equipment. We use 3 chip Video Cameras and record on DVD, VHS and Mini-DV all at the same time.

 Our Setup includes:
          -One primary Camera on fluid head tripod (with extra camera as backup)
          -One VHS DVD burner (1 backup)
          -1 audio mixer with 4 lavaliere mics & 1 table mic.
          -1 audio cassette recorder
          -1 Video monitor
          -1 light kit
          - backdrop kit
